All medical decisions, including whether to undergo any procedure, are between you and your chosen healthcare provider. We strongly encourage you to consult with your primary care physician before pursuing any medical treatment abroad.
When we connect you with a surgical provider in Colombia, we are acting as a referral service. The provider relationship is directly between you and the healthcare provider. We do not guarantee the outcome of any procedure, the qualifications of any specific provider beyond our published verification process, or the accuracy of any information provided by third-party healthcare providers.
We make every effort to ensure the information on our Site is accurate, current, and based on verified sources. However, medical practices, pricing, regulations, and provider credentials can change. Pricing information on this Site represents typical ranges and should not be taken as binding quotes. Your actual cost will be determined by your chosen provider based on your specific case.
By using our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information in your inquiries, to disclose all relevant medical history to any provider we connect you with, to conduct your own due diligence on any healthcare provider, to obtain appropriate travel and medical insurance, and to comply with all applicable laws in your home country and Colombia regarding medical travel.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scout Theory LLC shall not be liable for any medical outcomes, complications, or injuries arising from procedures performed by third-party healthcare providers, regardless of whether we facilitated the connection. Our liability for any claim arising from our referral services shall not exceed the fees, if any, paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
All content on this Site, including text, images, design, and code, is the property of Scout Theory LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
